  Baghdad of the Arabs and Islam, which is full of zeal for the principles, lofty ideals and love for its nation's sons, does not accept for itself to be a cause, cover or an obstacle that impede the holding of a serious meeting of the Arabs on the level of summit to take decisions that put the nation in a better situation towards itself, its lovers and enemies. :: 980717

  Being busy with construction, values and sublime principles together with a balanced view of the social, economic and cultural life is a strong indication of the ruler's or leader's utilization of the potential energy in himself and his intellect, and in the spirit and intellect of his people and nation, and in a civilized and humane direction based on his love for the good instead of evil, construction instead of destruction and aggression.

  Brothers : The saying that (history repeats itself)means, among other things, that aspects of the past could be repeated though they assume the colours and names of their stages…They repeat themselves should they be re-analyzed, revived and dissolved into their primary elements and ingredients as to their strength and weakness, ascent and descent, climbing and falling into abyss , good and bad, climbing to peaks and falling into abyss, pursuit of good will and virtue against pursuit of evil and vice, those who hate people and bring harm to them against those who love people and work for their welfare, the destroyers and the constructors and the like in the series of the images and their contrasts, up and down, bad and good.

  Brothers, when Iraq emerged victor on that day, it had, before that, defeated jugglery and imposture with certainty, loss with faith and the cause, disunity with unity, aversion with piousness, grudge with tolerance, hatred with love, egoism with altruism, loneliness of isolation with company and collective work, darkness with light, introversion with extroversion, feeling of weakness with invocation of factors of capability inside oneself, hesitation with decisive resolution, indifference with seriousness and clear stand, laziness with perseverance and work, arrogance with modesty, exaggeration withexactness, igwith knowledge, unbalanced haste with accuracy and patience, negligence with alertness and presence of mind, disruption with continuity, pessimism with optimism, slowness with speed, quantity with the faithful quality, lies with honesty, honesty, and honesty, vagary with truth, fear of foreigner with fear of God, obedience of foreigner with love of our people amidst the Nation and humanity, with full trust in the people and in oneself, after our trust in God.

  Dear beloved ones, speak to those abject evil doers in one voice . :: rev

  Glorious men of Iraq, Glorious women of Iraq: mothers, sisters or any relationship you may have with those brave men who fought in the legions of right against wrong and to whose heroic deeds the battlefields bear witness from the land and waters of our beloved Basra to the Minshaf headland in our dear North, if we were to give details of your stand and the stand of your sons-- our sons and brothers and brave illustrious comrades--, the pen would not be able to give them their due. :: vic.

  Hence it is not wise that any of the Nation's sons should forfeit the trust of the People and Nation except, without regret, the despicable traitor albeit what treason brings to a Nation known to be faithful to God, His holy books and messengers, a Nation which has played a leading role in conveying faithfulness, love, peace, justice and fairness to the whole humanity.

  Iraqis, Brothers, Sons of our Nation, our sole love, Once again, we repeat the easily heard question: Why did the forces of evil target Iraq only, and focus on it all the time, especially in the first two decades of the age of July Revolution 1968?.

  It does not matter, if your dispensing with Baghdad's capabilities and their effectiveness is not an avoidance or ignorance of them but a mere gesture of warriors so that Baghdad may take some rest after its long march of Jihad when there is that who can fill its post on the honorable front of Jihad, although this, even according to this condition and its motivations, does not satisfy Baghdad, its people, lovers and the great people of Iraq who never remain indifferent or accept the warrior's rest on the margins of the battlefields when fighting is fierce or there is a need for deliberation and consultation. :: 980717

  It has become the source of great honour for those who join it and those who love it for endeavouring to please God, History, the Nation and the People. :: 000106.

  It is a triumph over those who have endeavoured to make Iran's history dissociated from the sources of perpetuity of the Islamic history and have dismissed the elements and virtues of love to be replaced by hatred which has been wedged by their own manner and thus distanced them from the stream of the principles of great Islam to continue uncleansed by the water of its upright principles.

  It was firm in its love for its nation.

  Let generosity be your path against stinginess, frugality against prodigality, union against estrangement, forgiveness against revenge and love against hatred. :: vic.

  Meanwhile, the attitude and the banner of Allah Akbar ( God is the Greatest) has become visible in the remotest parts of the world, winning admiration, respect and love on the largest scale after God has blessed it with firmness, virtue and faith. :: 980117

  Our apology, valiant men and praiseworthy women, beloved boys and girls, is that, on this occasion as well as on others, we, in Iraq, have begun to communicate by gestures and by eyes and not only by speech which these two support.

  Peace be upon you and for, and upon the people of Iraq, both men and glorious women, the comrades of Saddam Hussein in the leadership, your brother and the son of your people and Nation: Saddam Hussein who is infected with the disease of your love: the disease without which any official in his nation will be sick.

  Such a purification has been an outcome of an action and vision desirous that the good, peace, security, love, justice and fairness based on the principles of truth and eternal heritage should prevail humanity as a whole.

  Tell him to let people, each in accordance with his human choice, to build, and to build and to build which is necessary for rising high the construction, for work, for fruitful cooperation and for the dissemination of love among people.

  There, the people of Iraq stood with its leadership which loves its people and its Nation to the extent that this love has infected it with the great disease (the health), and it has made sacrifices for its Nation for life and all the time.

  They will feel a kind of love which they do not know before in the eyes and hearts of their people. :: 980717

  Unfortunately Iranian rulers, particularly the predecessors, and the like up to now, have not occupied themselves with construction nor have they cultivated love and good.

  We also communicate when our consciences meet in the space of great love and become so exalted that a constant pledge is held to build our country, boost the faithful men and defend our dear homeland and the great principles of our glorious Nation.

  We also want to stress the significance of the principles of construction and the leading role of man as a believer in life progress and in boosting love over hatred, exalting the object or objects, means and morals of construction over backwardness and the spirit of destruction and endeavouring to connect the present to its genuine sources of faith and deeply rooted past.

  We do not believe in love on one side only. :: 011018.

  We hope that the illusion would dissipate gradually so that, instead of hatred, grudge and fanaticism, the elements of love, heartfelt and positive interaction and perception of truth, as it is, with the entire Nation, will prevail.

  We would assist others to be guided for what is good as part of our patriotic and national responsibility based on faith, indeed our responsibility and humane relationship whether with Iran or with other nations, out of our constant desire and determination for assistance and initiation so as to build bridges of love and peace, whenever possible or whenever there is a balanced and appropriate opportunity.

  What raises history and elevates it to the status of belief is the fact that the sacred blood shed in the most crucial situations for our nation to assert its traits, and its mission to augment its everlasting contribution to humanity, has been the blood of the Mujahideen who loved Allah and would therefore not hesitate to carry out, their missions as designated by Allah, the Almighty, along with the honour they had in carrying the Call of the Message of Heaven to mankind as a whole, after spreading it in their own great nation. :: 030106

  When the ruler discovers in himself or in his people a potential energy that can be utilized but he does not possess the faculty of conceiving the better among which the qualifications for construction and rendering the good, he often exploits it in a manner contrary to the good, love, fairness or construction.
